What can I expect from our sessions?

During our initial session, the focus will be on gaining a comprehensive understanding of your presenting concerns, setting achievable goals, and building a strong therapeutic relationship. Expect a dialogue where I'll likely ask various questions to ensure clarity and facilitate the development of a personalized plan tailored to support your specific needs. This collaborative approach aims to lay a foundation for our work together and set the stage for a meaningful and effective therapeutic journey.

How many sessions will I need?

The frequency of sessions is a decision we can explore together in our initial meeting. Some individuals may find benefit from a single session, while others might prefer integrating therapy into their ongoing health and wellness routine.

As a general guideline, it's often suggested to attend 6 to 10 sessions to observe noticeable differences.

How are sessions offered?

Sessions are available through phone, video using a secure platform, and in-person, providing flexibility to choose the mode that best suits your comfort and preferences.

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation notice of less than 24 hours will incur the full cost of the session.

How are sessions offered?

50 mins for a single session


100 mins for a double session
