Hello, I'm Christina, a Registered Psychologist with accreditation from the College of Alberta Psychologists and proud membership in the Psychological Association of Alberta.
My lifelong passion for helping others thrive led me to pursue an education in Psychology. I firmly believe that unlocking our best selves requires a dedicated space, essential tools, and unwavering support to analyze the factors influencing our choices, steering us toward the lives we desire. Reflecting on our past can illuminate our present and pave the way for a happier, healthier future.
